Tell That Story ("we," "us," "our") provides personalized audio tributes — professionally narrated stories celebrating the people you love. You provide memories through guided phone interviews; we deliver a polished audio keepsake (MP3) via email.
Your guided phone interview is conducted by an automated storytelling assistant. By placing an order, you acknowledge and consent to:

All purchases are processed by Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions. When you complete a purchase, you are buying from Polar, but your rights to use the product are licensed by Tell That Story under these Terms.

Upon successful payment and delivery, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, play, and share the delivered audio file for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the audio for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The narrative structure, synthesis methods, and delivery systems are proprietary to Tell That Story. The personal content you share remains yours; we claim no ownership of your memories or stories. The final audio product is licensed to you under Section 5 above.
We take your privacy seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, including audio recordings from your interview.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL AUDIO QUALITY WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (SECTION 6) IS YOUR REMEDY FOR QUALITY CONCERNS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
